sir,

my husband filed a divorce case in 2008 . according to sec-24 of hma court order to my husband to give 5000 rs as a maintainance.his monthly income is 27000 pm . again he filed a application to reduce my maintainance.

Q1.can i have a legal right to ask about his income tax return from 2007-2011 of my husband ?.

because some one told me, court will order to your husband to give income tax details just for last three years ?

Q2- can i also have a right to ask my husband to provide rental home throught court because i am living with my parents form 2007-2011 ?

1. Yes, you may demand his income tax returns; However, more than three years old returns may not be relevant to determine maintenance amount.

2. Yes, you may demand accommodation under domestic violence laws.
