sir my husband filed divorce case in family court.in 2007 he submitted his monthly salary slip rs 28450 p.m shown and now he apply to reduce my interim maintenance .on judgement daymonthly salary rs 27500. he never given salary slip to my advocate he only submitted to court .judgement pass reduced interim maintenance.i know he is a rich person he has a lots of property in his name in delhi as well as in noida .but i dont know how to get details. i have his pan number.
Q1-- how can i use his pan no. to know his property ?
Q2--where can i get property details of him?
Q3--can i go to income tax department of delhi with his pan number to know about his income and property detail?

the income tax authorities are not goinh to give u informtion in any way unless u have cracks in the system. so find some friend etc. who could provide u information.
regarding prop details , it might or might not be possible that your husband had declared in his returns about the property
he his not suppose to give it to your advocate, he has submitted to court your advocate can get it's certified copy from the court.
Q1-- how can i use his pan no. to know his property ?> by pan no you can access his return,
Q2--where can i get property details of him?> you may get it by registration dept.
