Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir husband filed divorce. cross -examination going to start within a week .he filed evidence by way of affidavit in court. i have already appointed a lawyer

Que1 --if my lawyer cannot ask important Question to him than can court give chance me to cross examination to husband or not?

Que2--can i file written prayer to court to give chance to cross examine to husband ?

Que3---can i also get chance to cross his mother, father and other witnesses?

Que4--- suppose lawyer cross examine to him suddenly after him i get permission from court to cross him or not?

i dont think my lawyer will do anything in my favourt i changes three lawyers

You can change the lawyer, if you are not feeling comfortable with his/her attitude.

Cross examination can be done once, once it is closed then the witness cannot be asked any questions. You can cross examine only those persons, who file evidence; and not otherwise.

Every witness, who tenders evidence, can be cross exained.
