Sir my husband purchase house in posh area after marriage on his mother name included the cash given in marriage but i have documents stating that he has taken loan on his name any he has completed the loan with his salary , he is only son and two sisters married before purchasing house, ihave a daughter of 5 years whose custody is with me , also he has one more plot in his own name bank statement says on which he has taken loan to purchase double storey house in posh area ,is there any provision on behalf of my daughter i can claim any property on my daughter name to secure her future and prevent him to sail

you cannot claim the property of your husband on your behalf or on behalf of your daughter but you can claim right to residence on your behalf and for your daughter. the law is clear on this count that the self acquired property of a person cannot be partitioned.
if it is your husbands self acquired property you cannot claim a share during his life time but you always have a right of residence
