hello sir i am from india andhrapradesh nd guntur dist nd i was applied for divorce in january...on the basis in the file wat i mentioned is...

1)i am like petioner nd the oppenent is exparty...

2)my wife left me four years back bec of family dispution..

3)in between no contacts even now also she dont want to come..

4)two months before marriage also my parents kept me in mental hospital nd treated me like psycho..roamered me in all over our known places..bec i was asked my property share ..ok..its in 2008.

5)last year also they were tried to put me in sychic hospital...

6)now i filed in january this year for divorce.. till now i got four adjenments..bec of some notices girl did not signed to issue divorce like that in the court is saying ..if not got acknowledgements..of regiser post nd girl not accept for divorce for moneey sake means bec we r crorepathis..ok..my family left me on the streets.. now bec i am not hearing those words..

7)the girl is nto sigining means wat shuold i do....

SO PLSS GIVE GUIDENCE IN HOW MANY WAYS I CAN GET DIVORCE IN MY CASE ND LAWERS HERE TAKEN MY MONEY THEY CHEATED ME BY GOING THE GIRL SIDE BEC OF MY FATHERS PRESSURE..OK...U MUST TELL HOW MUCH TIME IT WILL TAKE TO ME GET DIVORCE ND WAT THE CLEAR PROCEDURE..TO GET DIVORCE..

Dear client

Did you serve the dasti as well. If the notice has been receipt by her and still she is not attending the court, then you can pray to court to pass ex parte decree in your favour. Serve the dasti personally. You can contact me for more help.
