sir,

1) can an indian widower marry a us green card holder ( indian origin )

2) what documents to be produced in the court 4 the marraige.3) is there any prior notice to be given to the court if so how many days .4) is it necessary to conduct the court marraige in the palce where the boy resides or can we couduct in any place in india. 5) should i ask anything to the girl prior to the marraige ( legal matters )
