Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir interim maintanance of 3000 rs was granted to my wife in RCR case for last 6 month i have not given any thing to my wife and judge is also not asking me to give maintanance inspite of objection of opposite party my lawyer is also telling me that there is no need of giving mantainance as of now

my question is because of this case is not progressing.what i can do regard

The husband is liable to pay maintenance. Sooner he pays, better it is. Therefore, you should make the payment immediately without consulting your lawyer.

once the court order is made and you have not gone for revision of the order it is binding on you and therefore you have to pay the amount now or later.
