sir jaise ki mujhe apne previous question ke reply me yeh ans mila ki sec 9 ki decree ke baad bhi court cant force husband to live with wife sir i want to know sir ki itna court me fight karne ke baad bhi mujhe justice nahi mila then where i hve to go and what are the benefit of getting decree of sec 9 other then divorce

in case the spouse against whom the decree of restitution of conjugal rights is passed, does not join the company of other spouse, his or her property MAY be attached.
