Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello Sir, I am from Jharkhand, India. My Father is a constable police. When i was 5 years old, my father sent me to my uncle's house for primary education(class 1 to 10) i.e. from 1991 to 2001. At that time my father used to pay all my expenses except the food & rent, since uncle didn't agreed to take it that time. After 7-8 years, now uncle and his sons are asking for money and we are also ready to pay him, but he is demanding a very high amount. Even my dad helped him financially that tym wen his children were pursuing higher education, bt now he is not considering that amount & dat tym every year my dad used to send 2-3 quintals of rice, 100 kg of potatoes, etc from villages on his own cost,bt that also he is not considering.

And the main problem is: when i was pursuing education at uncle's home, that time my uncle was in need of a home loan for the education of his children. So, he asked my father to give his share of land at one place i.e. approx 10 decimals in order to get a high amount of home loan, and he assured that he will give it back once he will do the repayment of home loan. But now, he is not ready to give back the land to my dad, and asking us to give my expense amount in return of land..

So, we are ready to pay the amount since we don't have other land to build our house, bt he is asking for a higher amount. He is taking advantage of our bad situation. He is a crorepati now. so, we can't fight against him. He got all favours from everyone due to his richness.

we are ready to pay him the actual cost for feeding a child of that time, bt he is not agreeing. he wants to take as Rs1500/month from 1991 to 2001, bt in 1991 my father's salary was approx 500-600 Rs only.

Please help me, what should i do to get my land back. Is there any law which decides my monthly expense which i need to pay him ??
