Sir My name is kumara swamy ,I filed op on 12/1/2010 for divorce on my wife, after that I and My wife compramised for 1,75,000 on 9/1/2011 to take divorce with terms and conditions (I paid 50,000 and prepared DD for 1,25,000 ) ,but jude is asking for amendment and mutual consent, my lawyer is not supporting to give amendment what I have to do sir,I and My wife worrying
