Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir,

I need your legal advice on few issue which are as under-

1. As per mitakshra law person who is of third generation can only write a will of his own share in joint hindu coparcernor property.He can not write a will for whole ancestor property inherited by him.If it is correct how can my father in law write a will for whole ancestor property inherited by him.

2.My father in law had no male issue but five daughters. In the light of new or amended Hindu Succession Law 2005, can he claim to hold the ancestor property as absolute manner and can deal the property he likes.

3My father in law was adopted in 1919when he was 2 year old in age.My great father in law and great mother in law expired in 1933 & 1940 respectively. At that time his position was sole survivor.After his marriage and birth of female issue (In the light of new or amended Hindu Succession Law 2005) can coparcenory of daughters revive or not.
