sir, i want to know what legal procedures needed f or marrying a divorced us greeen card holder. i am widower lives in india. we both are chrisatins. want to marry in india in the court . how long will it take for legal marriage.
can i go to us with her after the marriage.pls inform

solemnize marriage under Christian marriage Act and register t said marriage, then apply for spouse visa

You can go for court marriage it would take a 15 days time in normal course and a week in special case...

You can certainly marry the girl who is the Green card Holder but a Green Card holder cannot immediately takes you to USA on a spouse visa .
