hello sir, we have lodged a complaint against my husband and his family(3 members)( dowry case).498A FIR was filed in dec 2009 they got bail.. The IO says chargesheet has been filed if it is already been 1 year 2 months over, what to do? our family is in trouble,please help me by giving your valuable suggestions...

whom shud i contact to know that waht is going on the IO says the chargesheet has been filed and case is in Nanakpura and is going under consideration whom shud i contact bec i am not getting any help from Nanakpura. The case is in dwarka court.

if they were bailed out, then you may get the particulars of the police station and FIR No. from that very court by getting a copy of the bail order. Or else, you may also file a RTI application where you filed the complaint to get the status of your complaint, FIR, charge sheet etc.
