Sir i m an indian and my husband is an us citizen and now if we want to take divorce is it possible to get divorce in india. and i just wanted to now that if they are filling from us(new jersey) than can i consider it. as marraige was held in INDIA (GUJARAT) ITSELF.

Yes, the courts in India will have jurisdiction over the issue and you may apply for divorce at the place of marriage.
