Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir i m married and we didnt register our marriage and now we are about to take divorce but i want to know that will we have to firstly register our marriage for taking divorce?????

not necessary if you have other proofs of marriage like wedding card / photographs during marriage.

If you are going for a divorce by mutual consent, you do not need any registration or other document of marriage.
