Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir i m married last yr and my wife left away in dec2009,in jun2010 i filed a petition for restitution of conjugal rights asking her to come back and i have sent notice to her father office address as i don't know the residence address of her.now the hearing is on july 8.i think the notice is not received as father is transferred.now i don't have the where abouts that family what should i do?

you may ask the court to order the affixation of summons at her last known address.

(a) Try for an amicable settlement.

(b) Approach them by finding their address from your f-in-l's ffice.

(c) RCR may not provide you adequate solution.

(d) start sending her sufficient amount of maintenance to show your bona fides.
