Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir i had given maintenance case , two times my husband appealed but it went for exp arty, and third now finally he had appealed and given counter tat im a physiotherapist and earning by house visit but its not true and im not working any were at present or seeing patient, He had quited the previous job with which i claimed the maintenance and now he is telling that he is earning very less to give me maintenance. how far is the case and what shall i do we had spended 8 lakhs for marriage. and now im hope less.

you will definitely get maintenance. you may file DVA case also.
