my divorce case is running in tis hazari court and now i have shifted from delhi can i give my lawyer power of outerney as i dont want to come delhi again for it. what are the marits and de marits of this. before this i was regularly appering in dlivorce case

you may give the power of attorney to your any of the relative or next friend and your attorney would attend the court hearings on you behalf.

No separate power of attorney is required to be given to the lawyer who is otherwise your "attorney" and is required by law to attend your case on all hearings. However, you may need not to attend the hearing unless you have to appear for your own evidence or you are called by the court.
