you may give the power of attorney to your any of the relative or next friend and your attorney would attend the court hearings on you behalf.

No separate power of attorney is required to be given to the lawyer who is otherwise your "attorney" and is required by law to attend your case on all hearings. However, you may need not to attend the hearing unless you have to appear for your own evidence or you are called by the court.
