sir i did my marriage on 10 april 2012 in AARYA SAMAJ MANDIR that marriage was registered in registar of marriage buerau on 16 april. Sir my wife's family took her with them and now not sending her back. They are saying that they would cancel our marriage or make us divorce. Sir could they do this. What legal action should i take plz suggest me. Sir they are also saying that they would kill me as my in-laws in police.

you have to file case in High Court to get your wife back. provide us your detail and your wife will be with you, but you should be aware where they kept your wife and your wife should give statement in your favor. You may contact me at 09814110005 or mail me at [email protected]
If you have marriage certificate and other proof of marriage you can get her back by filing case. Also you can file a complaint for criminal intimidation under Indian Penal Code.
