Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir,

My marriage was on 14th september2011 under Hindu marriage. I liked to marry a girl who possess minimum a degree. But I was mistaken that i came to notice that my wife possess only a predegree. At the time of first see the girl was told that she possess a 72% in the first and second year degree. She and her parents told to me and my parents that she wtudying well and she possess high firstclass in the first and second year Bsc degree. At the time of first seeing only final years result was pending to be announced. The final yearresult came on 25th june 2011 and she and her parents told that she possess 60% marks in the exam. She told me and my parents about this. She told another first class holding number instead of her number and she submit job applications with degree qualification. she passed only for two papers in her bsc career. but she promises to me to get the degree certicate. But she cannot came back and on the next day of her departure she phoned me and my parents that she do not possess the degree and she failed all the exams. She told each and every parson that she got a high firstclass. Please give a solution for her fradulent misrepresentation and the ways of divorce.
