sir i was married in my childhood and now i am 25 year old...my spouse is yet under 18..i am not agree to this marriage and wish for marriage .........

you can marry anyone no one can stop you.
but if you have doubt and your family is against you then you can file case to declaration of childhood marriage as null and void, as child marriage is illegal and not valid in the eyes of law, under prohibition of child marriage act.
