sir, i have been married for20years with 2 children. due to domestic problems my wife and i are planning for a divorce. my residence is registered in my fathers and my name.i earn rs 15000.00 and my wife earns rs.20000.00. would i have to pay alimony or maintenence? i request you to kindly advice.
