Legal Question in Family Law in

Sir, I got married in June, 2010 as per Hindu Marriage Law (we finished 4 months only). We both are same community and caste. But from day one onwards she is not interested to accept me as her partner, reason is she is having an affair with one guy and due to her parents forcibleness she accepted to marry me. She is not revealing with anybody about her affair but she is ready to say in court of law not interested with me and wants divorce. Sir, please advice me how to approach court of law.

Since your marriage is just 4 months old file a case for divorce along with application under sec. 14 and then move for a mutual divorce.

Sir, since the marriage was forced upon her, i would not approach for divorce but will go for annulment of marriage. A marriage under force or coercion is no marriage
