Legal Question in Family Law in India

hi sir ,i have married 2nd time ,but unfortunatrly my second wife has affair with a boy .she told me abt this after marriage and also that she was forced by her parens to marry me .she stayed for a month approximately and then she left .while leaving my house she took all her belongins and gave me in writing that she is taking away every thing and will not file any complaint .now after a month i am getting calls from women cell in haryana as she lives there and i am a delhite . her family has also started blackmailing for money ,they are also blackmailing me saying that i had not told them that i am a divorced person which is also not true as i had told them everything before marriage.what can i do?are the haryana laws of women cell sam as delhi?

you did a lot mistake-

1. Your could have signed legal divoce paper from your wife and keep that with you

2. If your wife didnot agree for 1 above, you could have filed police complaint about missing of your wife

3. Both you and your wife could have divorced legally with no compensation and claim in future

my suggestion will be to have patience and courage and tell them to file case against you in case they want..

keep the signed paper given by yr wife, it will help you
