sir,
i had married in Nov. 2010 and life become hell after that my wife misbehave with me and my family and her family also do the same, any title fight will get into big fight her family give me threat that they file a case dowry against me or my family and they also give threat of life to me. now my wife is gone at there house from last 2 moths and she also want divorce and me also does i get the divorce easily because his family asking for money and the money they are asking is not fair that is to much pls give me suggestion or way to get my happy

This is rampant situation in most of the newly wed couples life these days. You can persuade your wife to go for mutual consent etc. You cannot do much about to improve your situation.
My friend it is true that you can approach the Court and can obtain decree of Divorce on the basis of Mutual Consent. But the part of alimony has to be decided by having a word of discussions between your and your wife's family members.

you may file a petition for divorce and as one years has not passed, you may also file an application u/s 14 of Hindu Marriage Act for waiving the statutory period of one year.
