sir,
i married last year may with my uncles daughter.our opinions are not match so we want to take diverce.i am not interested to take diverse but she wants to give diverce.if two people want to take both the persons have to agree or not

in case she is your uncle s daughter who is related to you by blood, the marriage may be void. in other case, unless both agree, divorce by mutual consent cannot be granted.
