Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir, am married since last 14 years, i have 2 children one is boy of 13 yrs and girl of 9 years. From Start i observed that she is a sort of rude behaved women, but still i got adjusted and life went on. She used to have regular fights with me and my mummy and had lot of hatred for my Father. but as I said i just dragged my life, but in 2011 i suspected of her having relation with her brothers friend , and caught red handed by telephone conversations satement made to her friend, she confessed her relationship and said that the relation went upto kiss only, they never went to physical relation, he too confessed the same. On their Family`s pleading and thinking about children i decided to accept her thinking that this black incident may have changed her life, but she continues to throw her tantrums sometimes, and besides that bastard daily coming to my house as her brother and their misbehavior which i thought as sister-brother relations behavior is haunting me , those memories are making me sick day by day. I want to give her divorce with children in my possesion , plz give me advice

You can seek divorce, and seek custody of children. I would not make any specific comments on other lawyers' opinion.
