sir in matrimonial court i have submitted to application for summoning to third party which is pending in court two hearing date passed no action taken by court.
Q1--can i approach the court to issue summon before the next date of hearing?

SIr, when you file an application and after which the other side will file his objections and after hearing both the parties the court will decide whether to summon the third party or not, if the witness is necessary to prove something material the application will be allowed.
