sir i was mba graduate my marraige as o 12-02-2011 i was driven out by in laws on9-4-2012 till now there is no contact even i lost my job can i get maintainance frm my husband and dowry back without giving divorce .if they ask for divorce wat is my podition .

Yes you can surely get maintenance and dowry back from your inlaws and husband. You can file a petition under the Domestic Violence Act for maintenance and residence and you can file a complaint before CAWC for your dowry etc. If your husband files a case for Divorce , you can contest the same .
