sir mene court me sec 9 file kiya hai aur agar decision mere favour me hota hai magar mere husband fir bhi nahi le jate hai then wht i have to do and i dont want divorce pls give me advice

Non-execution of Section 9 decree may at best be a ground for divorce. There is no law forcing a husband to live with his wife. However, you will be entitled to maintenance even after divorce till you are employed or remarried.
