sir mene section 9 file kiya hai jiski hearimg 20 dec ko hai but mere husband ne ek false alligation ka letter vakil ke through bhijwaya hai sir i want to know what does it means pls give me advice

Section 9 petition will not give your husband back ,if he does'nt want to live with you ,you cant force him despite getting a decree from the Court u/s 9 of HMAct.
