sir meri aaj section 9 ki hearing thi but mere husband nahi aaye,court se pata chala ki summon shayad unhe mila nahi but hamara vakeel keh rahe hai ki un logo ne kisi tarah se kuch manage kar liya hai sir pls help me agar yeh log next hearing par bhi nahi aate hai toh kya kare .

Ask your lawyer to move an application u/o 5 r 20 for publication. This is going to help you to serve your lawyer through publication. Just to inform you that if your husband does'nt wish to live with you then in these circumstances you cant force him to stay with you despite getting a Decree u/s 9 of HM act.
