Sir, meri interim bail ho gayi hai from chandigarh high court in sec498(a)&406,But judge ne dusti summon issue kiye hai jisme 14 dec hai pl stell me mere ko bhi jana padega,

1)Wat will happen on 14 dec why judge issuedusti summon pls tell?

2)My lwayer told to file divorce case shud i file it will help when i appear on 14 dec?

3)wat is interim bail?Pl zusggest wat to do now?
