Sir, my mil & hubby playing tricks, that bcoz of my in laws torchure he kept me in separate house, later on stopped coming to my house & he quarrelled with me. I have got a son of 3yrs. As of now i am leaving my son with my MIL even though i am not interested to leave my kid with my mil (Since i am working) & more over my hubby forced me to leave my kid in his mothers house while going home i will take back my kid to my rented house & sleeping alone. But he is refusing to come to my house & i am scared to go & live with my MIL so, i dont what master plan he is doing? but still i want to continue with my hubby? As of now he is blackmailing me that if i dont come & stay with his mother he will take "Sanyasi Ashrama " as he is interested in spiritual life? & as of now i am making rent pay out of salary.so wht court suggests if a hubby takes sanyasi ashrama?& what about the kid he is only 3yrs. How to save my family now?

try to amicably settle the matter and in the mean time you can file application for maintenance in the court
You are in a peculiar situation. You have a right to claim maintenance and residence under the Domestic Violence act without giving divorce to your Husband.
