Legal Question in Family Law in India

hi sir my ,mom& dad have pre-arrest bail now i/o is going to presnt the charge sheet next week in amritsar court.i come to know that agian we need three gaurantor to confirm our prearrest bail.is our bail not confirmed,its temp bail.wat will happen pls tell iam in tension.pls help........sec is 498@ 406.....

you need sureties at the time of grant of court bail. right now, you are on anticipatory bail.

Dont worry, it is very simple, court will only get sureties.

As you are now on anticipatory bail you will have to apply for a regular bail where in you will need sureties.
