Legal Question in Family Law in India
sir, my mother applied for divorce and she's giving tution to the small students and small glocery shop inside the house. my father is govt employ in bank of india, except my fees and monthly pocket money he's nt giving any amount in home for monthly expenses. we are three siblings , my younger brother 21 yr old doing job in one computer shop and elder sister doing job in call center. bt their jobs are temprary. my father rejected to give any amount for household expense. my mother having two houses in her name , but my father want that house also. for montly expenses we can't give that house for rent. none of us is nt intrested to living with our father, my mother having responsibilty like marrige of two daughter. but my father won't allow anythng. sir please suggest me exactly wat to do, if my mother wil giv our house also to my father we don't hav anythng. we are nt expecting anythng frm my father bt we want wat we hav. he sold that which he's having on his name in feb 2006. please help us sir

Your mother could file a Domestic Violence Case and restrain your father from forcibly taking the house or selling it.
Your mother can file for Domestic Violence, she can also claim maintenance from your father and can also take an injunction from court for not selling the house and remove your mother from the same.
