sir i have mutually agreed divorce with my wife and in first motion i gave her one lac rs.

and second payment on final degree.

sir pls tell me can she back and file a 498a case agaist me or my family members.

already she had just complaint in women cell and no case is registered in policestation

what i do to protect myself after first motion .

You should have mentioned in your petition for 1st motion that she is not going to pursue her complaint before CWC . You should categorically get this statement mentioned that she would not pursue her complaint against you and your family once the mutual consent is over.
