Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir i have to obtaine loan against property which is in joint me and my daughter she is minor 6yrs

my fatherinlaw has filed g&wc case about four years back my wife expired 5 yrs back my daughter

is staying with me from hebirth if i want take a loan do i need a permission from the court because in my p&sc order it is mentioned that ( i should not eliante or encumber) please help me

Yes you are suppose to take permission from the court.
