sir pati ne mana nahi kiya hai na haazir hua hai, to file lok adalat main rahagi na. unhone likhit main kuch nahi diya hai ki woh settlement nahi chahatain hai ya chahatein hain.

Q1 kya lok adalat main likhit nahi dene per bhi file court chalijayagi please sir jawaab deejiyega.?

q2 kya lok adalat se file chali jati hai to kya main RCR lok adalat main kar sakti hun lok adalat main RCR hai ya nahi?
