sir i have a pending divorse by mutual consent case hearing on 25 th august.i have applied for visa with marrital status single. nw i need pcc before i go to canada on 29 th.will there be problem for pcc? further more is there a problem i gave my marrital status as single in visa ?

you should have not applied for visa on single basis as your decree of divorce has not been pronounced as yet.

Now the best remedy is get divorce before 29th or before leaving India.
