Sir pls advice me i would like to take divorce from my husband and my expences of marriage .
whats the role of womens cell . how can they help me . and their power.
i want to arrest all of my inlaws. as they didnt behave well . my lawyer advice me to frame maxium charges againt them.. is those charges if proved wrong can put me in trouble .
i read thier is some amendmeants in dowry and crpc act. how long it take me to fight the battle. and free from marriage.
i live in my parents home from last 6 months .
i have no proof that they demand dowry and given me physcal harrasment.
. i am in service adn have handsome salary.
mine is late marriage at age of 36
and marriage held on last feb 2010. my husband didnt want to give me divorce and nor my expences of marriage...
thier no scope for mutual divorce due to ego.

You seem to be quite hurt by your inlaws . Depite having a lawyer you still need second opinion free of cost.You can file complaint under the Domestic Violence Act for Interim maintenance and residence till you get a Divorce. You can also file a complaint before Crime against Women Cell against your Husband and his family members which eventually would be be converted into a FIR ,if your Husband side did not agree with your terms and conditions .
as you already 36 years of age, it is advisable to settle the matter amicably and seek divorce by mutual consent. in case your husband does not agree, then you may resort to punitive measures. it is better to settle the matter with the intervention of elders.
