anyone can live where ever he or she wants. but you may re think your decision. in case you are financially not independent, it is advisable to live with your parents.

Madam : you have every right to live alone if you are above 18 years and when you have obtained divorce your husband also has no right nor your parents have any right to force you to stay with them. If they are forcing you, than you can approach the police for unlawful confinement.

Dont worry, i deal similar cases. you can live alone and if any body force you then you can approach us and we will help you. but you should have source of income else you will not be able to live alone and if there is any other reason like you want to marry someone else even then you may approach us.
