sir presently i m living with my parents and i have file sec 9 now if my husband file divorce case then divorce ka case mere husband ke city me chalega ki mene jaha sec 9 file kiya hai waha pls reply

even if the same is filed at the city where husband is residing, you may get the same transferred to your city by filing a transfer petition.

you will have to file transfer petition if your husband files a case in a court in different city.

If you are living in different cities of same state then you have to file a transfer petition in the High Court of that state and if living in different states the to Supreme Court.
