Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir, I have one problem please give a good suggestion to me. My marriage date is 30-10-2004. My husband harassed me to get money. On that time of marriage my fathers gives 3 lakhs gold and one site to me for gift. He want�s that gold and site to his name. he try to kill me also. He leave me in my father�s house for 1 year and after come to me and told me that I was realizing please come with me to his house. I said ok to come with u. another day he stolen my degree, diploma, ssc certificates and black mail me to cut off theses certificates. He said u won�t to job live you on my foot. He has much of ego. He said don�t wear saris, dress and nighty . he used to scroll me daily and beating me. He uses bad meaning words. After 3 years I got pregent. After my delivery I was giving born to male child. He said that child is not her. Then he leave me on my mother�s house and go to another place. Recently one of her relation told me that he is an illegal contact with her aunty (her father�s second wife). On this circumstance I don�t want to live with him. What I will do sir? And another thing he had own house I want that house to my child name and give me some amount for my maintaince. Is it possible or not. What will happen when I am putting the case on my husband please tell me sir. He tells that he won�t give money and he won�t register house with my child name. sir, please give a good suggestion to me it�s my life and death matter sir.
