Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir my question is that i want divorce from my husband as he is not ready to give . i filed a complaint in women cell as somebody suggest me to give a big list of dowry items in which 90 is false.

now my husband comes daily to my office and talk to my colleauges that no dowry is given and due to divorce i demand all dowry items . now all my friends always gossips about me .

he also comes and talk to my neioubours about our issue of divorse.

in locality everyone talk about my dispute with my husband.

pls advice me wheather i can take some legal action against my husband so that he will not come to my office and in my locality.

you will have to file a suit for permanent injunction under specific relief act seeking direction from the court to restrain your husband from approaching your office in person.
