sir, my name is rajashekar(27). i am central govt employee. my marriage held on nov/2010,
if she goes her parents house she starts her own warning about suicide and makes me panic.
even i explained alot but she not listening my words, even their family members are same way.
i want divorce from my wife because she always warns me about poison to take death. she says
suicide for separate family from my father, mother and bro. for peace full life i decide to
separate and taken rent room but she is not coming from one year. now finally i decide to take
divorce from my wife and i applied for divorce at district family court. she got govt job after
our marriage but under contract. note:- presently i am training period, please give me yours valid
suggestions and what precaution i need to take. thanking you sir.

you have already filed a petition for divorce and if she claims maintenance you can file appropriate documents to prove that she is a contractual government employee and you are a trainee.
