Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir if i refuse to accept divorce notice from my husband side(lawyer). because we are living separate from second day of marriage. he cheated me a lot. i want to take revenge of him . they sent divorce notice to my address 2 times but i refused. they are looking for my signature.. but i don"t put...if i am not put my signature or receive the notice ....what will they do? is this case goes to end at ex prate? some one threaten me if you not receive the notice or signature..this case will be ex prate.. is it true.....as per my knowledge the divorce case cannot give ex prate..because without knowledge of husband and wife.. sir let me know the court procedure for this case....

yes, the case would be proceeded ex parte if you refuse to accept the notice.
