Hello Sir,
I am sandip Ghosh and i have married with a women that mean i register with a women and after marriage registration , she was living in her father's home and there was no social marriage held between us.Since then my wife stayed in her father's house.Still now she did not live with me in same room and even she did not come to my house.We did not have any sexual relationship and any children.This situation is continuing with 1 year and it is continuing.Now i want to take divorce from her.So How can i get this from her?also against me waht she will do in court?also is there any legal value of this registration ?as it is continuing over 1 year.

Registered marriage is valid. Why you have not lived together? Based on your answer to this, opinion can be given.
once the marriage is registered it is a valid marriage, now what is her reply. whether she is willing to continue the marriage, though it is not consummated. if she is ready file a joint petition for divorce seek mutual divorce
Mr.Negendra is right. ask her if she want divorce or want to live with you. then file joint petition for divorce else file a case u/s 9 to get her back.
