Sir, if I send a legal notice to my husband seeking Divorce, will it make my case weak?

There are two things if you issue legal notice, he may come for compromise or it can be other way round and can make his defence strong as you have give him a hind, further there is no issue in issuing divorce notice, if you want divorce file the suit, if you want to continue your married life you can issue a notice to join you.
