sir

am seperated last 12 years.lot of time try to compromisse this cae and divorce him.he is punished by court in 498A case.last we agree mutual divorce after 13 B2 sign he back from the case.18 months over on feb 28 2011.but last 7month no judge sitting in family court so my case postpond to june.now judge join..want to take this case to march this month

.i give the judgement of anilkumar jain vs maya jain details to lawyer..i want to know can i get divorce with the help of supreme court order?

they want withdraw that 498a case(appeal last stage now in fast track court)now am fighting alone for divorce can i get easly from him?am an hindu.reply me please
